Interview

Begin by submitting resume and cover letter. I received a call to interview over the phone 1-2 days after I applied. This led to set up an in person interview later in the week at HQ. It was a group interview, which they don't tell you. The interviewer was young and kind of made you feel small and unimportant.

BHW contacted me via e-mail to schedule an appointment for the interview. I was interviewed with one other person. We took turns answering the same questions. Later, I submitted a copy of my degree and other paperwork needed by BHW.

I was asked a lot of real life “what if” scenario questions and to describe my different experiences. Good overall. I felt very comfortable. Very good benefits, I just wish the pay was higher for someone starting out with a Bachelors degree.
