I was a BT and then became a lead and senior BT. I've learned so much through the process and felt prepared for my promotion interview. It wasn't easy to say the least. The CM and CD interviewed me to ensure I'm aware of what I'll be getting into along with the new responsibilities I will have. They were very thorough and caring about my career path. I felt very supported even through the interview process and well prepared.
