This process was a group interview one. Everyone there was dressed and prepared for the occasion. It can be very daunting but if you've been paying your dues as a BT, then just be yourself and recall all the work you've done so far with your clients.

Difficult supervisor interview. Behavioral and case study related questions. They also asked questions that were more ABA specific to make sure I knew what I was talking about. Well worth it though. I'm happy to have passed and got an offer!

Interview
Met with clinical manager and clinical director, learned about the company and discussed my previous clinical background. Discussed job responsibilities and company structure. The interview felt very comfortable. I heard back from the recruiter within a few days and I was offered the position.
