Over the phone interview followed by a face to face interview. The phone interview was very short, pretty much asking about a few scenarios in which you would be interacting with children and to talk a bit about yourself.

It was quick, easy, straightforward. General questions about previous experience working with kids, and future goals. Overall, it's a great entry level job after graduating college. I would highly recomment.

BHW contacted me via e-mail to schedule an appointment for the interview. I was interviewed with one other person. We took turns answering the same questions. Later, I submitted a copy of my degree and other paperwork needed by BHW.

I was asked a lot of real life “what if” scenario questions and to describe my different experiences. Good overall. I felt very comfortable. Very good benefits, I just wish the pay was higher for someone starting out with a Bachelors degree.
