group interview, mock interview for children with autism. They want to know how you react to the severely autistic. Questionnaire at the end of the interview. Will give you questions on what you believe to be the most important when you are with an autistic child. I would consider it pretty common sense.

It was quick, easy, straightforward. General questions about previous experience working with kids, and future goals. Overall, it's a great entry level job after graduating college. I would highly recomment.

I was asked a lot of real life “what if” scenario questions and to describe my different experiences. Good overall. I felt very comfortable. Very good benefits, I just wish the pay was higher for someone starting out with a Bachelors degree.
