Applied and interviewed on campus. Was invited back for super day at their headquarters. There I spent the day touring the facility and shadowing recent graduates of the program. Although I was unimpressed by the first interview I had (on campus), the people and offices the second go around were very impressive. Very friendly people who absolutely love their job.
