Question 1
I was asked whether I wanted to do more creative product development or buying since my resume was more on the creative side, and I didn't want to give a wrong answer.
Thorough and told me a lot about the company. Great place to work. The people were fantastic and I learned a lot. Lots of changes, but change makes us move forward.

Behavioral interview. One on one on-campus interview with Belk employee. the company is restructuring with younger, less traditional managment and were looking for energetic additions to their team that were ready to come in during a period of change

Interview
Applied and interviewed on campus. Was invited back for super day at their headquarters. There I spent the day touring the facility and shadowing recent graduates of the program. Although I was unimpressed by the first interview I had (on campus), the people and offices the second go around were very impressive. Very friendly people who absolutely love their job.
