Pretty easy , basic questions about what you expect from company and vice versa . Wouldn’t really stress about it it’s pretty straight forward . Just google interview questions and it’ll give you a good gist of belk’s questions .
I was briefly interviewed, they only asked questions regarding availability and job preference. The interviewer seemed uninterested and was late to meet with me. It was an awkward interaction and negative experience.
Was easy and straight words, gave typical scenarios and what you would do in them. Discussed seasonal prep and opportunities for advancement after the season. Nice woman and explained everything well
The interviewer asked me a few questions about what I wanted to do at Belk. She asked a couple of questions about myself then concluded the interview. She was also late for the interview and made me just stand around in the middle of the store as I waited.
