Challenging questions that assessed personal goals and general knowledge. Also questions to determine personality and history with other employers. Compassionate an understanding, professional yet comfortable. The level of authority was not intimidating.

I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
