You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
