I got a call back about 2 weeks after applying. I met with the manager in the shoe department and started working a couple of days after the interview. The online personality quiz was kind of long but not too bad. The HR team were always friendly and helpful. It was really easy to transfer to a different location.

The manager told me a story of a really bad customer service experience and asked how I would have handled the situation. She played the role of the customer and we went through the scenario together.
The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.

It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
