Interview
The interview was easy and casual. I knew someone that worked there, so they had the HR rep email me what I needed to apply. They called me the next day and set up the interview. I came in and answered a few questions with the HR rep. Never met the manager, and they asked me what department(s) I would like to work in. When I told them she left to find out where they needed me most, and offered me the job on the spot.
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
