Belk Seasonal Sales Associate interview questions

I received a telephone call saying that they had reviewed my resume and were curious as to what days and hours I could work and if I would be able to work holidays. Since I had no retail experience I was asked if seasonal sales associate would be okay and that after the season was over that there was a good chance that I could be hired on permanently. The manager was very friendly and the whole conversation was very low pressure. She asked me to come in the store the next day. I came in and she told me about the Belk credit card program, loss prevention, and Store locator. She asked if I was okay with all of that. We ended up talking about family and traveling experiences. By the end of the meeting it felt like she was a old friend. She told me that she would let me know later that day after talking to HR and another manager (I think). She called me around 3:30 pm to offer me the job and .25 more an hour that I had asked for. I was very happy with the whole experience.
