Belk Visual Merchandising Associate interview questions

It took a little over a week to get a phone call to schedule an in-person interview. I was asked what part of the store I was interested in working in and when I was available for the interview. On the day of the interview, everything went pretty smoothly. I walked in and informed one of the associates that I was in for an interview and they phoned the manager. Only waited for a couple of minutes before I was taken into the back and to an office where the interview took place. Everything went well and the manager was very nice, but ultimately it was made clear that I was not a fit for the position, and it was expressed that they preferred someone who had more experience as they did not want to train anyone for the position.
