VERY SHADY company... First I interviewed with the director and then I had a 2nd interview with the VP. Both interviews were very laid back. There were no set questions. We just talked and they took notes. Some specific questions were "who is your role model?" and "what is the difference between supervising and managing?" The director REALLY had me thinking I had the job. He said I was a really good fit for their team and he said he wouldn't hire me as a team leader and just pay me $10 and hour. I talked to him for over an hour and left thinking I would get a job offer. I had the second interview with the VP. Then, I got a call from HR saying that they offered the Program Manager position to another applicant, but the director wanted to hire me as a Team Leader. REALLY?! That's exactly what he said he wouldn't do. Well I accepted the job after thinking about it for a couple days. It was better than nothing. Well, thank goodness I got another job offer during the week of training and I left. When I got my paystub, they paid me minimum wage and NOT $10 an hour.
