I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Benefitfocus (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was long and consisted of many interviews both in person and on the phone. It took place over a six month period. Interviews were with many parts of the business sales, operations, customer service, many layers of management. There appeared to be no set process or timeline.
The interview was standard with questions about previous relative experience and desired or expected salary. There were not a ton of "curveball" questions which I appreciated. Overall, I think this was a good interview experience for someone who is look to check the boxes of a position without having to jump through multiple different hoops or multiple rounds.
