Interview
The interview process was fine for the most part. Start with a phone screening, then you'll be given a take home assignment, followed by 2-3 more interviews. The interview with the managers were great! Very kind, funny, and great energy. I made it to the final round in August, but never heard back after completing it. The recruiter was quick to respond after an interview, but never reached out to me after the final interview. After not hearing anything from the company, I reached out only to find out they have been on a hiring pause. She never relayed that information. This is where people get frustrated with companies when they don't reach out with information like this. Do not recommend.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What do you know about Bennie. Following your initial phone interview, the next step in the interview process is to complete a take-home assignment of email samples and a phone script to be evaluated by the hiring manager. The assignment must be completed within 48 hours. Please compile the two email samples and phone script in a word document. The assignment may be discussed further if you are selected for the next phone screen interview. Instructions 1. Identify a company that you think would be a good fit for Bennie. Provide 2-3 sentences explaining why you believe the company you chose is a good fit. 2. Research the company and identify who you think would be the best point of contact for Bennie. Find two good contacts within each account, for example, Bennie sells to HR, Operations, and Finance. Bonus points if you can identify their contact information. 3. Draft a first touch email to each of the 2 contacts. Please include the subject line for both emails. 4. You got a response – great! One of the people that you sent an email to is interested in taking a call to hear more about Bennie! We want to know what you would say back to them. Create a short script/pitch you would use on this call based on what you know about the company and the person. Be sure to have clear objectives for the call.

Interview
Total of 4 interviews and take home assignment All asked relatively the same questions however each one was late (I’m talking 10 minutes and another 30 minutes) I was told I was a great for throughout and I hit every qualification. Unfortunately after the final interview with VP I never heard back within given time frame. 95 percent sure they would’ve ghosted me if I didn’t reach out. Despite working with Giselle and AE in rescheduling interview for their sake they wasted my time(still showed up late). Also it was really rude for me to have to do the follow up as well as they didn’t follow their procedure.
