Berkshire Health Systems Systems Engineer interview questions

They were quick to respond after the resume was submitted. Scheduling an interview was easy. During the interview they had people that were there on assignment from a vendor. Their leadership in I.S. is a joke since they were not competent enough to ask technical questions and make their own staffing decisions. I've NEVER in 15 years been in an interview for a full-time employee type position where a vendor was part of the process. Their communication post interview was lacking.
