A panel is 3 managers asked scripted questions. Two of the managers read the questions and made no eye contact. One manager made eye contact and attempted to relate to me as a person.

Applied through a staffing agency and was contacted about a month later. The lady at the agency was awesome at preparing me for the interview. She sent my resume to the director and a phone interview was scheduled. Passed the phone interview the days later did a panel interview with three managers. Interview was average with scenario based questions. Started their training class 3 weeks later.
