3 rounds- 1. Recruiter (phone), 2. Panel- 3 Directors (Zoom), 3. Final Panel (In person)- Directors, HR and VP of Customer Service. First two interviews were mostly standard behavioral interview questions. Final interview consisted of a presentation by the panel re: the GreatCall business, org chart, products, sites, etc., followed by conversation to get a feel for your leadership style and personality, Pro- Very friendly, helpful, and responsive Recruiter until the final stages of interview process. Honestly, it was a pleasant experience until the end when they "ghosted" me. Cons- Unable to follow-through on follow-up timelines they set on their own, unresponsive to feedback requests even after being told I was a "finalist" and completing what they call a "final" interview. Was advised that they decided to go with "other candidates" via voicemail almost a week after I was told they'd have a decision. No returned phone call, and no response to feedback request sent the following week. After giving them close to a month of my time, feedback would have been much appreciated to understand where the gap was. Disappointing-- based on their presentation and what their Company is all about, this was not the kind of experience I was expecting.
