I applied online. Recruiter reached out to set up a meeting with me. On the day of the call, he was about 20 minutes late. I don’t know if this recruiter doesn’t have the skills or confidence to do this job, but he seemed very confused with certain questions and didn’t seem rooted in any kinda marketing language. I was immediately turned off by the conversation. He said he was going to send my resume to the hiring manager to see if she wanted to speak with me. Auto reject email.
