RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. Don't waste your time. They ghosted me after 2 months and 4 interviews. I applied in October and interviewed through November and December. I had 1 interview with the recruiter, 1 interview with 2 team members, 1 with the hiring manager, and 1 with the VP. After each interview I sent an email to the team member thanking them for their time. After the interview with the 2 team members, one had said "you should be hearing good news." I didn't hear anything from the recruiter, so I reached back out a week later and she finally replied two days later to set up next steps in the process. During the final interview, I was told the conversation was really great and the recruiter will get back to me. I didn't hear from the recruiter so I waited 1 week and reached out to her directly. I let her know of other offers and kindly asked for an update regarding my candidacy and a timeline on the decision. I didn't hear back. I reached out again another week later (2 weeks after my last interview), letting her know I was still keeping Best Buy Health as my top priority and that I had declined one offer and asked for an extension on another. I never heard back from the recruiter. Not one response letting me know whether or not I got the job, any timeline updates, nothing. Not only was it entirely unprofessional and rude, it's just extremely unkind and inhumane to do to someone that had interviewed for so long for a role. I debated reaching out to the hiring manager to ask for feedback, but to be quite honest I don't want to communicate with the company anymore. The recruiter was the one of the worst, if not the most unprofessional that I've ever dealt with. If I wasn't selected for the role an email would've been just fine. To me, it felt that they had kept me on the line while they waited for someone else to make a decision and never gave me an update. They lost a great candidate and I'll never apply there again. Additionally - Most of the questions in each interview were similar/the same. It seemed the team was not communicating with one another throughout the process on any questions they planned to ask/answers the candidates were providing.
