There were three interviews and a drug test, each one was incredibly simple with little to no technical questions. Seemed to be more focused on how much effort you were able to put forth and more was better.

The interview was conducted by the manager of the department in which I was applying. He asked me simple interview questions based on my ability to possibly perform the job I was applying. Also spent time to get to know me as a person with intent to decipher if I was a suitable fit for the position in which I was applying. Was easy-going, informative, and further intrigued me in working for the company.

Pretty straight forward. The training is long but not too hard. They have you go through a lot of computer training and you have to know your modern consumer technology.
