Casual and not structured with the second round person, but someone was filling in for the hiring manager that day. they made it conversational and were trying to get a sense of my experience and abilities.
Applied online, recruiter call, manager screen, take home and then multiple panel interviews. The process to a bit long due to people being OOO. Everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and transparent about the company and role.

Applied online. Recruiter didn't respond to my email with questions about the screening interview. Recruiter arrived late to interview, and only asked one question about salary. Couldn't answer basic questions about the company or even the hiring process. Very awkward. Next interview was with a hiring manager. He also arrived late, and seemed completely disinterested from the start, like he had somewhere better to be. Again was barely able to answer questions about the company or the hiring process. Two weeks then passed without any communication. Reached out to recruiter to see if I was still being considered. No response, was completely ghosted. Believe the negative reviews, this place treats candidates terribly.
