The senior recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen, and after a great phone conversation, she reached out the next day to schedule an in person interview. The interview itself was great - it was more of a conversational interview, which made it less stressful on the interviewee's part. They told me about the company and their expectations for the role, and asked me questions about my work history and background. Very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. I had several other offers from different companies, but decided to join Roar after having such a positive experience with a great group of people.
