I discovered the job listing via LinkedIn and applied directly on the BetMGM website. I was contacted 17 days later by the recruiter to schedule a video conferencing interview with the recruiter and hiring manager via Microsoft Teams Meeting. During the interview with the recruiter, I was asked questions regarding my general fit both within the company and the position. Then during the interview with the hiring manager, I was asked questions regarding my specific fit both within the company and mainly the position. After the interview with the hiring manager, the recruiter called and followed-up with me and then the hiring manager regarding the interview between the hiring manager and me. After the follow-ups, I was soon called again and offered the position. The recruiter read the offer letter to me and was able to offer the highest end of the salary range that I provided. I verbally accepted the offer, and in signature from an email that was sent not so long after our final phone call. I cannot wait to start my career at BetMGM.
