My interview process happed with warp speed! I applied online a few week ago. Subsequently I was made an offer for another company that I accepted. I had the start date pushed out for a few weeks because I needed to take care of personal business. Three days after accepting the other job, an amazing HR recruiter contacted me by phone and wanted to schedule an interview. I advised her that I already accepted another job. She said that the hiring manager would like to speak with me anyway and they were considering giving me an increase in salary. They were really excited to talk to me. The video interview with the hiring manager took place 1 hour later! During the interview, 2 managers were on the line and asked me a lot of questions but none were too technical. I was eventually asked again to state my salary requirements. Literally 45 minutes later, after the interview, I received a call back from the HR recruiter stating that they will offer me the job. I then received an offer letter in writing ten minutes after that. I'm so happy that this recruiter and manager went to bat for me. This seems like a great company to work for.
