The whole interview experience was great! I wasn't really sure what to expect, being this was a video interview during the pandemic. I felt comfortable the entire time and it felt more like a casual conversation rather than an interview. I spoke about my work experiences and my goals and the the Talent Acquisition Advisor I met with described the type of work that I would be doing. There was a lot of transparency in both of our expectations (which I greatly appreciate), but the energy in our conversation never fell flat and there was always a mutual understanding. We also spoke about work/life balance, which made this interview a lot more relaxing and less corporate. It also made me realize how BetMGM prioritizes their employees and how this is definitely a company I'd like to work for one day. Unfortunately, what they were offering wasn't what I was looking for, but I was told they would reach out to me again when another opportunity that best suits me comes along.
