Traditional interview questions with friendly interviews. HOWEVER the level of follow up or response is inadequate. Applied for this position 3 months ago and received 3 interviews. For an organization such as BETMGM, one would think that they will follow up with candidates who interviewed with an update. Most systems will generate automatic responses to candidates who were not selected. I am very disappointed with the lack of response, which means that the organization may operate like this as a whole. Lack of communication and commitment to others will transfer over to the customer experience. The first order of business for anyone who gets the process improvement position should be to improve the recruiting process. Take head to what others are saying, and yet there is nothing that has been done about this unprofessional process.
