I had a recruiter who supported me throughout the entire interview process from beginning to end. She was super helpful and understanding about my situation - she would answer all of my questions and accommodate for my schedule when I asked to move up to interview process due to some conflicting timelines with interviews from other companies. The interview process consisted of: - Standard phone screen with a recruiter - Interview w/ director of product design - Interview w/ head of visual design + senior manager of product design - Portfolio/project presentation panel w/ multiple senior designers The questions asked during interviews were standard interview questions to prepare for like your background, experience, situational/behavioral questions, etc. During the portfolio/project presentation, they ask specific questions related to the project you are presenting to understand your thought process and what you are like as a designer.
