Interview process started out great. I moved through the screening and interview with hiring manager quickly and it all seemed great, but then it took a turn for the worst. The interview in my next step was rescheduled twice, and once the person never showed up without any warning. No one from their side even went out of their way that day to reach out to me and apologize like it was no big deal. I didn’t hear anything on next steps for almost 2 or 3 days and finally sent an email to the person I was supposed to meet with to get the ball rolling again. I finally had my interview, I waited a week and a half not hearing anything and no clear path of what next steps would be. I sent a follow up once, never heard anything, and then a week later sent another follow up and they finally sent me an automated email I wasn’t moving forward. I would NOT suggest this company even though they’re ranked as such a great company. They treated me poorly and I’m sure it’ll be done to others.

The manager was informative about the role, and everyone involved in the interview was justified to identify the right culture fit and understand the individual's overall career. Make sure you can walk through an entire product development process with any new feature improvement case study. What made the interview mediocre at best was the recruiter. Very seamless interview process. The recruiter was fantastic and guided me along the whole way. She was helpful, kept me in the loop, and even gave me some hints/ tips (shh). Everyone I met with was very nice and conversational.
