The interview process was with one HR rep for a screening. It was typical. I walked them through my resume and we briefly talked logistics. Unfortunately, on LinkedIn the role was posted as fully remote but on the website it was described as a Hybrid role. Pay was also very non-competitive. Benefits seemed better than standard, but not enough to make up for the very low base salary. I wouldn't say the process was unpleasant, but when I withdrew I told the HR rep why and said I'd still love to stay connected. I got no response and was instead met with an automated rejection email. That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth regarding their culture and whether it's as good as others have said. I will say if you are applying here, there is workplace flexibility but the HR rep said this manager was very adamant about office work / relocation. So unless a role explicitly is stated as remote and that is a priority for you, there isn't much wiggle room. This is unlike my experiences elsewhere.
