I spoke to the recruiter and then to the hiring manager. The process was moving fast and scheduling was easy. My neutral rating is due to the lack of feedback after the interview, and my follow up emails remained unanswered. Eventually the recruiter I originally spoke to explained they were moving in a different direction. She was very cordial and respectful.

Interviewed with the CEO, then visited the office to meet with some of the leadership team . Since this is a new role for Bevi, I got the impression it wasn't clearly defined, and every member of the leadership team had a different perspective on what it would be doing. The sales manager talked strictly about recruiting, some other teams members asked about discipline issues and how to manage. Some red flags when it came to company culture "we made crude jokes around here all the time"
