I applied online following a recommendation from an existing employee. The process involves a number of stages all of which where well designed and easy to understand \ complete. These included an initial submission of your details and C.V.. This was followed by IQ and personality screening and leaving a voicemail answering why you where the person for the job. Passing this stage gets you an invitation to an on site interview \ practical training session as well as a video conference with managers from across the whole company.
The whole process allows you a great insight into what the job will require and has left me waiting in anticipation to start my new role.

Interview
Very Standard I.T. interview, included all of the basic questions to gauge experience levels. Surprisingly few questions designed to evaluate personality. I was given the impression that the company culture was fairly "corporate". Ended the interview process after a short discussion on salary requirements. Unfortunately, it's been a few months, and I cannot remember any more specifics.
