I was approached by a recruitment company representing Bomgar. I had an initial HR interview which went fine - pretty informal. Next stage was phone interview with the hiring manager. He asked me a question about my family situation and when I told him I am in a same sex relationship, he turned cold and told me that kind of lifestyle would not be appreciated by Bomgar as they support strong traditional family values. I was stunned - has never had such an experience before. This is ILLEGAL behavior. Pure discrimination because of sexual preference. I would love to take action against Bomgar but it would be their word against mine - I don't have any written evidence.
