Interview
I was referred by a friend in a management position. I sent my resume and cover letter and was sent a computer generated email congratulating me for making it to the next level, a series of on line tests that would take 30 minutes of uninterrupted time and could NOT be retaken.
The first test was standard Myers Briggs type personality test and knowing what I read bout the company culture, I answered honestly but leaned towards extroversion, knowing that introversion is typically looked at as liability.
The next was an IQ test 15 minutes, 50 questions. The instructions were to answer as may as I could. I got through most questions easily I answered 75% easily and struggled the math questions and I left 5 empty.

I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by their recruiter to set up a time to speak. After I spoke with their recruiter I went through 3 rounds of interviews which different employees. Each interview was laid back and all the employees were very friendly.
