Submitted resume through linkedin. Received email the next day from recruiter asking me to submit an official application. Things moved pretty quickly from here. First phone interview was with hiring manager. Was then asked to go take a certification exam on one of their technologies. Second interview was a video interview with an instructor. Third was a phone interview with an instructor. Was then asked to fly in for a face to face with the hiring manager. Very informal conversation over lunch. Had a very weird feeling afterwards. She briefly mumbled, "I really like you, but....". Not sure what this meant. Never heard anything back from HR or hiring manager. It's been a few weeks. I was weighing multiple offers so it wasn't a biggie. Only suggestion I have is to not book the trip on your own dime. This was the only time that I have had to do this. Had reservations about doing this. Ended up spending money on a rental car and food that I wasn't reimbursed for.
