Made it pretty far in the interview process and then ended up receiving an automated, generic rejection email from their hiring software. Pretty disappointing as there was no personal aspect from the recruiter to reach out and there was absolutely no feedback given.

Interview
I experienced a smooth interview process initially. However, in four weeks, after mentioning to schedule a final interview with the team, the company abruptly ceased all communication, ignoring my messages. Shortly afterwards, I was surprised to receive an automated email stating that the position had already been filled by another candidate. The communication process needs significant improvement, with a focus on personalization and consistency in communication rather than sudden ghosting and the use of automated tools.

A good process. A few steps and met a number of the team. Overall a good experience and I got my offer based on what was described. I really enjoyed it not to many steps

Positive interview process with 3 rounds. 1st was with the TA, 2nd with manager, 3rd with department head. Average interview questions with nothing really tricky. They do want you to understand the space they play in.
