3 round interviews in more then 2 months. 1- recruiter 2-Sales director 3-vp sales + sales director I arrive at the end of the process and they offer me a lower position telling me that I don’t have the experience for the role . My cv hasn’t change from the first step to the last. They should stop people at the beginning of the process not wasting people time until the end of the process and then offering a lower position . I lost all my credibility for this company .
