-Applied in May 2022. -Email from recruiter to schedule interview with hiring manager -Interview with hiring manager --then nothing. Recruiter never answered emails/completely ghosted. July 2022 - I reapply -2 weeks later I receive a calendar invite (no email from recruiter, no question on availability) to talk with hiring manager -Hiring manager wondered what had happened, he was interested in putting me through process. Mentions I should speak to his boss the CTO. -(August), I receive an email from another recruiter to schedule time to talk with CTO. -I talk with CTO, he seems genuinely interested, mentions wanting to have a 2nd phone call. In the meantime talk to one of the other architects. -A week later I meet with the architect - all indications seem good. -I get back from traveling for work and reach out to original recruiter to gauge interest. -At end of day I receive an automated rejection email. No communication with this recruiter. No idea what happened. Absolutely disrespectful of candidate's time. In this case multiple months had gone by. No excuse - do better
