Interview
Summary: the best hiring practices and process I've experienced in the 30 years of my tech industry experience. The technical recruiter supplied everything possible to support me and my efforts as a candidate. He was always prepared and professional. His hand-off of my 'case' to my new manager was also excellent.

Question 1
Experience related situation handling and results with lessons learned.
The recruiter was amazing. He worked really well with me, and had great communication (shout out to Brendan). He really set the tone for how the whole process was going to go. I had my initial interview with him, which was a quick 15 minute phone interview. From there, I had a 1 hour video interview that was very conversational, but with very direct tech questions. I was the runner up for the position I interviewed for, and wasn't offered the job. But, Brendan reached out to ask if I would be interested in the same position that was being hired on two other teams. I of course said yes. I then had a second 1 hour interview with the two hiring managers. Again, very conversational, but with targeted tech questions. I ended up being offered a position on one of the teams which I happily accepted.
