Fast. Everyone is basically hired the spot as long as you pass the background check. The manager usually lies about how much you're going to make and make he job sound more complicated than it is.

They asked basic retail experience and what my hours were like. Store manager was very nice but didn't seem very organized. It was a simple interview. As long as you have decent experience it shouldn't be a problem.
