Big Lots DTS lead interview questions

I already worked at big lots as a part time sticker and I was offered a full time position as dts lead. First you fill out the app online and then call the store you applied to. If they are interested in you they will set up a interview.

I applied online and was contacted 2 hours after my application was submitted. I came in for an interview on a truck day so I could see the truck process and talk with the staff. The store manager asked me a few questions about my resume and asked if I would be able to handle the job and all of its stress.
