I applied online and was contacted 2 hours after my application was submitted. I came in for an interview on a truck day so I could see the truck process and talk with the staff. The store manager asked me a few questions about my resume and asked if I would be able to handle the job and all of its stress.

Filled out app, went into the store introduce myself. Had a interview on the spot. Received a phone call the same day for a second interview. Once the 2nd interview goes through training for 1-2 weeks.

It was really easy and laid back, the interview was done on sales floor a little awkward but it was still ok, after the interview we took a walk and I was asked to point out what was wrong and what was right in the store, this is always a hard thing to do.
