It was quite a lengthy process. A video interview, then a face to face interview with the Area Manager, then a face to face interview with the Regional Manager. However, they were relatively straight forward and there was an 'on the job' day, which walked me through the main aspects of the role. There was also a need to present a SWOT analysis. Overall, a good eperience although uite lengthy.
