Maintaining appropriate staffing levels in our stores is a priority for us. However, we recognise that unexpected absences can occasionally result in short periods of lone trading. To acknowledge the additional responsibility during these times, we introduced the lone trading bonus as a way of recognising and rewarding the extra effort made by our team members.
