Interview

There was 2 different stages of the interview a telephone interview and then I face to face interview. The telephone interview was a more relaxed approach getting to know you more. The face to face interview was conducted with a numeracy test and a scenario which is a great way to get to know what could happen in the business. This was then followed by a standard interview approach and a walk round of the site to get a feel for the Company.

The big yellow storage company asked to do research which any interviewee should do anyway but they also asked to get quotes from competitors. This shows you have done your research. I myself may have gone overboard with this and got 8 quotes from competitors within the local area of where I applied.
