Don’t waste time to interview. Ask you to fill in long form. The interviewer don’t respect candidate and don’t ask series questions to understand candidates experience. Only look at the phone during the whole interview process. Didn’t read your CV when ask you to go for an interview. And didn’t read your cv during the interview session.

If you have a good impression for hr you can go next step easily and to meet the manger for second round. Just feel confident to replied is ok and they will call you quickly
Very bad experience.
1. Dishonest. In the job ads, it is mentioned the work it is 5 day works. In the interview, they mention it requires 6 day works. The actual salary per day is lower than my current job which makes the whole interview meaningless.
2. Disrespectful to candidate. In the interview process, interviewer literally roll her eyes and having disrespectful question before any conversation.
3. The company is clearly have overtime culture. The interview was arranged late and there are many people still working.
4. The interviewer insults me for some unchangeable physical condition and use it as a reason to reject me. I am a normal person with no handicapped.
