I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bio-Rad Laboratories (Aliso, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Attempted to apply online but there website is horrible and doesn't work all the time which their HR department confirmed. I was questioned about my resume with regard to the position I was applying for because I appeared to be over qualified in some aspects. I didn't believe so and I also explained that I like to work from the bottom up. I want to understand the operations of a company in order to do my job at any level efficiently. I was think given a phone interview with who would be my boss. The interview was pretty basic and we chatted about other things and it felt like a good relationship.
