I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bio-Techne (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2023
Interview
overall smooth process; all virtual - chat with recruiter, then HM, meeting with team and a couple of other 1-on-1s. The hiring manager was very communicative and tried to work around my other interviews and deadline.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bio-Techne
Interview
Interview was in two stages, a technical series of questions and then the HR personal type questions.
Overall the interviewers were very accommodating, professional and friendly.
Management seems to have poor planning and I felt it was a bit disrespectful of my time and effort. I waited over 3 weeks to hear back after being told I had been shortlisted for the position only to be told they are not going to offer me a position.
